On 5th October 2025, our school celebrated a momentous milestone with the official grand opening and laying of the foundation stone by RT. REV. Michael Lubowa, the Bishop of Central Buganda Diocese. The ceremony brought together students, staff, board members, parents, community leaders, and dignitaries for a program of prayer, music, speeches, and student performances that reflected our school’s spirit, values, and commitment to excellence in education.
The ceremony opened with a warm welcome under a theme “Imitating God’s Goodness by Doing Good”which was got from the book of Galatians 6:9 where the Headteacher also reflected on the vision behind the new building and the role it will play in nurturing young minds. Following a brief prayer, RT. REV. Michael Lubowa performed the solemn laying of the foundation stone — a meaningful act symbolizing faith, community partnership, and a hopeful foundation for future generations of learners.
After the formal dedication, students presented a lively program of performances under a theme “Transforming lives” that showcased their talents and the school’s cultural diversity. The program featured choral pieces by Zachary pupils, a traditional dance, and short dramatic sketches written and produced by our students. Each performance emphasized themes of unity, diligence, and stewardship, drawing enthusiastic applause from the audience. Distinguished guests, parents and local partners were given photo opportunities and school tours followed the formal proceedings, giving visitors a first look at the new facilities and the classrooms where future learning will take place.

This foundation stone marks the beginning of a new chapter in our school’s history, and we look forward to the many ways the new building will enrich learning and community life.
Being in a natural environment our pupils mental well-being is far better than pupils who are in artificial environment which has reduced stress, anxiety and also helped to improve concentration, which is particularly beneficial for pupils.
Natural settings often inspire creativity and imagination. Children are more likely to engage in imaginative play and artistic activities when surrounded by diverse elements of nature.
This increases pupils problem solving and interaction.
Our school is well equipt with CCTV cameras at different angles of view around the school to ensure security and safety for your child from strangers.
We peak our pupils from the designated areas at stipulated time to ensure punctuality and safe movement of the child from home to school and vice versa with well-trained drivers and well serviced brand new vans.
Learning to swim equips our pupils with essential water safety skills, reducing the risk of drowning furthermore,
regular swimming lessons build confidence in and around water, which is critical for safety during water activities
.
Performing and participating in music groups enhance communication and listening skills, helping pupils to work well with others.
It also encourages creative thinking, allowing pupils to explore different sounds, compositions, and ideas.
